We fished with Clarence a week before Ian... if only we knew what was coming. We have fished with Clarence for 15 years. Always has us on fish from Matlacha to offshore to the passes. Fun, educational, peaceful, with great gear, bait and boat. Fishing is random / luck based, but a lot more fun if you are in high probability water. We caught red drum, snook, trout, amberjacks, barracuda, grouper, a goliath (did not see it, but it straightened the hook), a toad, mutton snapper, ladyfish, and a few others. Great experience.

Clarence was timely, prepared and extremely knowledgeable. Poles were ready and bait was caught prior to us boarding. Our last day in Florida and he put us on some fish! Highly recommend, will book with Clarence again!

Fantastic time! Nice boat! Clarence Reed is friendly and knowledgeable, kept our lines loaded with bait, hit several great spots to fish. We showed up to have a great time and we did. Caught many mangrove snapper today and snook. Great day and highly recommend him for your fishing needs.

Awesome time with Clarence!! He knew how to make it enjoyable for everyone on the boat. We had an 81 year old and 10 year old on the boat so this was not an easy feat! He knew exactly where to go to get fish and was very professional and easy to be around! We came home with plenty of fish for dinner! I’d def recommend booking a charter with him!

We booked a trip with Clarence for early Oct., 2021. We were not disappointed, He far exceeded our expectations. We caught several nice Snook, Redfish, Speckled Trout and Mangrove Snapper. What a great experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We also saw numerous dolphins up close and a manatee. He took his time with us & put us on the fish. Excellent Value ! We'll be going back !

I don't always like fishing because I'd much rather be catching than waiting! Captain Clarence was fantastic — he knew where the fish were, and took us right to them. When a spot cooled down, we were off to the next one and getting more hits. Snapper, snook, and jack — I had more fun fishing than I've had in years. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

Just wanted to tell all of you people if you are looking for an honest guide that takes you out and delivers the fish Capt. Clarence is your guy. I went out with my son and grandson and his buddy and we had a ball. No upcharges, took us all out for a very pleasant morning of fishing. I would say look no further than Sea Reed Charters

We went out at around 12 caught a ton of red fish, trout, and Snook. If you want a friendly, fun, nice fishing guide Clarence is the guy to go to!! 10/10 recommend!! Best experience in the cape!
